Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Maintenance and Snow Removal Specialist to maintain and enhance the outdoor spaces of residential and commercial properties in. This role involves performing seasonal lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal tasks to ensure safe, attractive, and well-maintained environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience with various landscape maintenance techniques. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors year-round, contributing to the beautification and safety of our clients’ properties.
Duties
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to maintain healthy turf and vibrant landscapes.
- Conduct snow removal using back Pack blowers, shovels, and other equipment during winter months to ensure clear pathways and driveways.
- Assist with gardening tasks including planting, pruning, mulching, and soil preparation.
- Conduct routine maintenance on landscaping equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Support construction or installation projects related to landscape improvements as needed.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries.
Requirements
- Prior experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or construction is preferred.
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance best practices and safety standards.
- Valid driver’s license preferred for operating larger equipment or transporting materials.
- Experience with snow removal equipment and techniques is desirable.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned tasks.
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
