What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional in-store service.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Recommend and promote products and services that meet customer needs.
- Work with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Open and close the store as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
- Prepare basic sales reports for management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or business development is an asset.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with excellent customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and smartphone proficiency.
- Availability to work on weekends (Part-Time/Casual to start).
