Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production workflows aligned with lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate production planning using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to meet customer delivery schedules while minimizing waste.
- Implement process improvements across manufacturing and supply chain functions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams in assembly, process optimization, and quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of manufacturing excellence.
- Utilize ERP systems like SAP to monitor inventory levels, track production metrics, and streamline order fulfillment processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data, identifying bottlenecks, and deploying innovative solutions for sustained growth.
Skills
- Extensive experience with SAP or similar ERP systems to manage supply chain operations and production planning.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.
- Proven track record in process improvement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.
- Deep understanding of supply chain management principles, including inventory control, logistics coordination, and vendor relations.
- Expertise in MRP systems for effective resource planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lead teams through change management initiatives while fostering a culture of quality control and operational excellence.
