Local Construction Company looking for dump truck drivers for the 2026 construction season. Work will be located in the area in and around St. John's
Proof of driver's license will be required as well as a driver's abstract.
Duties include:
- Material Transport: Safely operate dump trucks to haul materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, and asphalt to designated locations.
- Loading and Unloading: Oversee the loading of materials to ensure compliance with weight restrictions and assist with unloading as necessary.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, perform routine maintenance, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle inspections
