Novatec is recruiting for Caster/Extruder operator. Primary responsibilities include the set-up, operation, and general maintenance of the equipment. The challenge of this position is dealing with weights up to 75 lbs in a heated environment while wearing safety gear. As well as operating multiple machines and frequent change overs.
Novatec has 1 day shift position available. The hours for this shift are as follows:
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.
Successful candidates will have: strong attention to detail skills; strong troubleshooting and independent thinking skills; and, must be self-motivated.
Successful candidates will have:
- Solid basic math skills;
- Solid basic English language reading skills;
- Be able to lift up to 75lbs unassisted;
- Be able to stand for up to 2.5 hours at a time; and,
- Physical dexterity as well as being able to twist, turn, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift.
Total remuneration includes:
