Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to uphold our culinary standards.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver excellent service.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus and optimize kitchen workflows.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food handling procedures.
- Enforce strict adherence to health codes, sanitation guidelines, and food storage protocols.
- Ensure a positive and productive working environment for all staff.
- Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Experience in restaurant management is preferred.
- Passion for Middle Eastern cuisine is a plus.
