Wink Eyecare is a well-established award-winning optometry practice located in Oakville. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a difference to join our team. As a vision care associate, you will be working alongside a dynamic, fun-loving team to provide patients with excellent eye care.
Your role will include:
- Warmly greeting patients
- Pre-testing patients before their eye examinations using our advanced technology
- Answering a high volume of phone calls, booking appointments, and other administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly
- Answering patient inquiries regarding products or services
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, leadership team, and suppliers

Full training will be provided.
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
