Simply kids is seeking a passionate, dedicated and reliable RECE to add to our team, servicing the Strathroy community. Caring for children from ages 3 months-12 years.
Job duties include:
- Planning and implementing developmentally and age appropriate activities
- Ensuring the safety, health and well-being of all the children in your care.
- Observing and documenting children's interests, personalities and skill levels and implementing these findings into your program.
- Knowledge of How Does Learning Happen and the ability to implement it into your daily program.
- Effective communication skills both in person and through our communication app.
- Knowledge and the ability to adhere to all Ministry of Education and centre policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Ability to work as a team or independently in a classroom.

Required:
- Diploma in either ECE or apprenticeship completed in Child Development Practitioner
- Registered with the college of Early Childhood Educators
- Clean Vulnerable sector check, completed within the last 6 months
- Valid CPR level C and First Aid certificate
Preferred:
Valid Food Handlers certification
