We are seeking an experienced, diverse and versatile Management - Sales professional to sell and manage our retail sales and drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee store operations, develop sales strategies, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, retail management, customer service, shipping, receiving logistics. Applicants with a strong background in sales, management. merchandising, and marketing would be an asset.
Duties
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve store targets and improve overall performance
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing plans
- Oversee store operations including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, and POS transactions
- Administrative tasks to ensure smooth store functioning
- Handle cash handling procedures and invoicing responsibilities with accuracy
- Inititate marketing efforts to increase store visibility and sales growth
- Maintain organizational skills to ensure efficient store management and team coordination
- Utilize strong negotiation skills for vendor relations and purchasing negotiations
- Proven experience in retail sales management or store management with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in merchandising, pricing strategies, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional phone/computer etiquette skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Background in sales management including retail sales, supervising staff, and implementing sales strategies
- Competency in math for financial transactions .
Pay: $45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
