Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to identify potential clients and generate new leads.
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client needs and matching them with our service offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, lead status, and follow-up actions within CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies for lead generation efforts.
- Assist in developing and refining scripts, messaging, and outreach techniques to improve engagement rates.
- Support business development initiatives by researching market trends and identifying new opportunities in various industries.

Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development, preferably within technology or B2B sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Familiarity with Pipedrive, or similar CRM platforms , zoom info , cloud chat , wizzer , etc. for tracking leads and managing customer interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear and professional dialogue.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, technical sales, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting
