Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and other designated areas
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste responsibly
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment used in commercial settings is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning products and equipment is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
