The Administrative Assistant plays an important role in supporting the operations of our church office. This position helps create a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment by assisting with a variety of administrative tasks and supporting the staff team in the ongoing ministry of the church.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the administrative functions of the church office operations
- Support project management (planning, reporting, execution)
- Support the weekly counting of church offerings
- Secondary support for reception and front desk responsibilities
- Support scheduling and calendar management for the staff team
- Assist with basic HR administrative tasks as needed
- Digitize and organize file archives
Database management

Additional Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
- Complete the Abuse Prevention process
- Proven competencies in Conflict Resolution, flexibility/adaptability, and love for Jesus
- Attend staff meetings and staff chapels as scheduled
Adhere to the policies and procedures of the Staff Handbook

Working Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri, with occasional weekend support required for special events)
