Augury Healthcare is actively recruiting experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with Emergency Department (ER) experience for a high-pay contract assignment in Radville, Saskatchewan.
This role is ideal for ER nurses who are confident, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced clinical environments. The successful candidate will deliver safe, timely, and patient-centred emergency care while working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a rural healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department
- Perform triage and rapid patient assessments using CTAS or equivalent protocols
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency and critical care situations
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
- Collaborate closely with physicians, paramedics, and allied health professionals
- Maintain clear, professional communication with the healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Saskatchewan (CRNS) or commitment to obtain licensure immediately
- Minimum 1–2+ years of recent Emergency Department experience
- Current and valid certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- CTAS (or equivalent)
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and triage skills
- Ability to work independently in a rural or remote healthcare environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $80-95 per hour competitive pay rate
