The venue consists of an 80 seat restaurant, 60 seat patio and fully accessible, 130 seat special event space on the 2nd floor. Located inside a fully restored historical property in downtown Lindsay Ontario, this high volume, fast paced destination Brewery offers a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Beverage Service: Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, according to recipes or customer preferences.
- Customer Interaction: Greet patrons, take orders, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Compliance: Verify legal age for alcohol consumption and monitor for over-intoxication to ensure safe service.
- Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, washing glassware, and restocking inventory.
- Sales Processing: Use POS systems to take orders and handle cash/card payments efficiently.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with service staff to facilitate fast and efficient service.
