What You’ll DoSales & Estimating
- Meet clients in person to quote residential & commercial jobs
- Build high-value quotes and close deals
- Follow up consistently until the job is won or lost
- Maintain strong closing ratios (targets below)
Grow the Business
- Generate 30% of your own leads (networking, referrals, outreach)
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Upsell multi-service packages and recurring plans (Clan Care Plan, snow, etc.)
- Focus on larger, higher-value opportunities
Client Relationships
- Work with high-value homeowners and commercial clients
- Build long-term relationships and repeat business
- Be the face of the brand in the field
Execution & Accountability
- Track all activity in CRM
- Deliver accurate quotes within 3 business days
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth job delivery
What Success Looks Like
- $500,000+ in annual sales
- ~1,500 jobs sold per year
- Closing rates:
- Residential: 65%
- Commercial: 30%
- 20+ Loyalty Program customers
- 100+ recurring Clean Plan customers
