We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule meetings and appointments as needed.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
