About the Role
Techspirit Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Business Development Representative to support business growth in home automation, CCTV, access control, alarm systems, smart security, networking, and related technology installation services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective clients, booking qualified appointments, and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and local outreach.
- Identify opportunities with homeowners, builders, contractors, designers, property managers, and commercial clients.
- Book qualified consultations, appointments, and site visits.
- Promote CCTV, smart home automation, alarm systems, smart locks, networking, and AV solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate sales activity records.
- Support monthly sales and appointment targets.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calls and client follow-ups.
- Professional, organized, and target-driven.
- Interest or experience in CCTV, home automation, security systems, telecom, AV, or technology services is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is an asset.
Compensation
- Base salary: $45,000 per year
- Commission and performance bonuses
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
