Location: 113 Hampton Road, Rothesay, New Brunswick E2E 2P9
Type: Full-Time Onsite (local) – Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:
- Find new clients & increase the number of new accounts
- Book, follow-up, & confirm appointments
- Generate leads & be proactive
- Prepare quotes & proposals
- Deliver an excellent client experience
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication. In this position, you're tasked with building relationships. Asking, understanding, and addressing a need that concerns a person within our community. It is important to be able to carry out a conversation and build a form of trust with a client, using your communication skills.
- Self-Discipline. In this position, you are going to strike out, you are going to put in the time, and ultimately you may not get a sale. You need to be self-disciplined and level-headed; every conversation is a learning opportunity. Move on. Onto the next, some might say. It will come, trust the process, understand the value, and perfect the art of getting that value across.
- Sales Minded & Growth Oriented. The purpose of this hiring is to find someone who is eager to make what they earn and contribute to the overall growth vision of the agency.
- Willingness to obtain insurance licence(s)

This is a full-time position within a Desjardins Insurance Agency in Rothesay, NB; this is not a remote role.

Salary: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
