We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. Prior experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Shift Availability -Morning
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns
- Operate basic tools and equipment as instructed
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation is preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is advantageous but not necessary
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different tasks as needed
