Overview
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for someone who is confident making recommendations, comfortable with upselling, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized bar at all times.
Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant
- Recommend drinks, wine pairings, and menu items
- Upsell confidently through personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar
- Follow all Smart Serve and food safety regulations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with upselling and sales
- Ability to keep a clean, organized, and efficient bar
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Smart Serve certification required
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
