Private Swim Coach / Instructor (Summer–Fall 2026)

CNE Swim is hiring certified swim instructors to deliver private and small-group swim lessons throughout the Kelowna and Lake Country area. We are looking to hire ASAP.
This is a flexible, lesson-based position ideal for certified instructors looking for rewarding work with competitive pay and a positive, family-focused environment.
Job Duties:
Plan and deliver private and small-group swim lessons for a range of ages and skill levels
Assess swimmer ability and adapt lessons to individual goals
Teach stroke development, water safety, and confidence-building
Ensure participant safety at all times in pool and open water settings
Communicate professionally with parents and guardians
Track and share swimmer progress
Maintain a safe, encouraging aquatic environment
Requirements:
Current Swim Instructor certification (Red Cross Swim Instructor OR Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor)
Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C
National Lifeguard (NL) certification preferred but not required
Must be legally eligible to work in BC
Strong communication and professionalism
Comfortable working independently with swimmers of all ages
Reliable transportation preferred
