As Ecommerce Coordinator, you will ensure websites are kept up to date by partnering with merchandising, marketing and other teams on a regular basis. Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple schedules to ensure all product is represented and available for purchase online. This role blends creativity, data and coordination to create a seamless online experience for our customers.
What you will do in this role:
Ensure websites are up-to-date and maintained
- Review websites daily to ensure photos, copy, and pricing are accurate, and customer experience is optimized
- Timely publishing of new SKU’s ensuring correct linking to similar products and proper tagging
- Identify issues and take immediate action to address inaccuracies
- Ensure daily syncs from connected systems function as intended and all updates to product listings takes place accurately
- Conduct competitive shops; identify and communicate trends and best practices
- Work with Ecommerce and IT teams to address any bugs or user experience issues
Provide marketing support
- Work with the web team to ensure online promotions are executed correctly
- Send weekly push notification and web banner schedules to appropriate partners
- Communicate and take action to correct potential issues
- Assist with sales and product performance reporting
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback for website submission
Coordinate and manage digital assets
- Coordinate and schedule hand-offs for marketing photography
- Create work-back schedules, ensure hand-off upload sheet compliance, and communicate any issues to the appropriate teams
- Provide updates on photography progress, re-touching requirements, and other activities impacting the customer experience

And your qualifications include…
- 1-2 years’ experience in Ecommerce/Omnichannel retail experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Shopify Ecommerce Platform experience or similar (Magento, BigCommerce etc.)
- Knowledge of eCommerce and IT technologies, principles, trends
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web reporting tools is an asset
- Business, Marketing or Communications Degree/Diploma

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 total compensation range, which includes base salary and performance-based bonus. Compensation is commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
