As a Certified Cleaning Operator, you’ll run your own independent cleaning business while using the KING KLEEN platform, brand standards, support systems, training resources, and customer service framework. You choose the work you accept, manage your availability, and take ownership of delivering excellent cleaning experiences at customer locations.

Role Responsibilities
As a KING KLEEN Certified Cleaning Operator, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining required insurance, tax, registration, and business compliance responsibilities
- Delivering professional, reliable cleaning services at accepted King Kleen customer locations
- Meeting approved customer expectations and King Kleen service standards
- Managing your own availability through the King Kleen platform
- Accepting or declining available work according to platform rules
- Fulfilling accepted service commitments or arranging proper approved backup coverage when needed
- Communicating promptly and professionally about scheduling changes, service issues, access issues, safety concerns, or customer needs
- Using approved equipment, supplies, PPE, uniforms, and brand materials
- Protecting the King Kleen brand through excellent conduct, presentation, and customer care
- Supporting growth in your territory by helping strengthen customer relationships, referrals, recruiting, and sales opportunities where appropriate
