Core Responsibilities
As a key clinician in our community-centered pharmacy, you will:
- Practice Full-Scope: Provide expert consultation on prescriptions and OTC/BTC products, utilizing your full expanded scope of practice.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Manage workflow queues, inventory (narcotics control), and dispensing accuracy.
- Lead the Team: Coach and delegate to pharmacy colleagues to maintain a high standard of service.
- Advocate for Patients: Communicate within the circle of care to ensure the best health outcomes for our tight-knit community.
