Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across our facilities. This role is vital in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality service. Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces according to established standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe down surfaces to maintain cleanliness
- Dispose of trash and ensure proper waste management procedures are followed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Maintain a professional appearance and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
