We’re looking for an Accounting & AI Associate who is interested in accounting, technology, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Review and categorize financial transactions
- Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support bookkeeping and month-end processes
- Review outputs generated by internal technology tools
- Assist with financial record maintenance
- Communicate with clients regarding bookkeeping requests
- Support document collection and organization
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows
- Assist with various accounting and operational projects
Qualifications
Required
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new software and technology
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or business education
- Previous bookkeeping or administrative experience
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot
