As a contracted cleaner, you’ll enjoy the flexibility to set your own schedule through our platform, choosing the hours and areas that work best for you. Our support team handles bookings based on your availability, so you can focus on delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleanings (standard, deep, move-in/move-out)
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled appointments
- Deliver client satisfaction through professionalism and attention to detail
- Communicate with the support team regarding job status
- Manage and maintain your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold company values
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of professional home cleaning experience
- Strong knowledge of residential cleaning standards
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Smartphone (for scheduling and communication)
- Highly reliable, punctual, and organized
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, honesty, and professionalism
- Willingness to consent to a background check
- Understanding that this is an Independent Contractor role
