ID Technology Canada is seeking an experienced Press Operator to join our production team in Mississauga, ON. This role focuses on operating multi-colour flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality label products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Operate multi-colour flexographic printing presses to meet quality and production standards
- Set up and tear down press jobs based on job specifications and production requirements
- Load master rolls, monitor press performance, and make adjustments to ensure consistent print quality
- Inspect output and troubleshoot issues related to print quality, registration, and color consistency
- Remove finished rolls and waste materials safely and efficiently
- Clean ink systems and press components between runs
- Accurately record production data, including run times and footage
- Package finished products in a neat and organized manner
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Who we’re looking for?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience operating flexographic printing presses
- Experience with multi-layer printing, peel and reseal label production, and turn bar applications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications and production instructions
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with color matching and print quality
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, using appropriate lifting equipment as required
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards

- $30.00 – $40.00/hour, based on experience
- Compressed workweek — Fridays off year-round
