Privé Window Films is a Montreal-based commercial window film company installing solar control, privacy, safety, and decorative film on flat glass across Greater Montreal. We are expanding our installation team fast and looking for someone who takes clean installs seriously and wants to grow with us. This role has a direct path to lead installer as we scale. If you want to build something rather than just show up, this is for you.
Duties
- Measure, cut, and install window film on commercial flat glass surfaces across job sites in Greater Montreal
- Prep glass surfaces before every install — clean, dry, and ready
- Trim and fit film using squeegees, knives, and cutting tools to a professional finish
- Work independently on site and manage your time across multiple jobs
- Represent Privé Window Films professionally with clients and building managers on every job
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with window film, automotive tint, PPF, or vinyl — flat glass experience is a strong asset
- IWFA certification or manufacturer training (XPEL, LLumar, SunTek, Solar Gard) is a major advantage
- High standard for finished work — you notice imperfections before the client does
- Valid driver's license and comfortable traveling between job sites across Greater Montreal
- Physically able to work on ladders and carry equipment
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Steel-toed safety boots required on all job sites
What We Offer
- $24 to $35/hr based on your experience and credentials

Pay: $24.00-$34.73 per hour
