We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic, Bilingual, Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative, to join our team in Saint-Laurent, QC.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service, call and provide valuable and up to date sales information and quote requests, email responses, preparing order entries, working with a great team, and insuring excellent follow through. As a team member you will also be actively working cross departmentally ensuring timely fulfilment of inbound and outbound orders.
- Working with customers on a regular basis to provide sales quotations, order entry for received purchase orders, and follow up on any issues or concerns, including timelines.
- Reach out to customers to update any changes or modifications.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Assist in Logistics, of inbound and outbound orders, and prepare documentation as required.
Skills & Education:
Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal are a must.
- Ability to build relationships effectively
- Understanding margin and pricing calculations for establishing pricing on quotes.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening in both English and French
- Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to a diverse range of clientele.
- Computer literacy, knowledge of most common applications like Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Prior experience in an inside sales role/customer service position is important.
- CEGEP level education or greater is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,000.00-$59,000.00 per year
