Zhuge Academy is a professional learning center with a group of highly trained and certified teachers for children from Kindergarten to Grade 12. We provide a variety of educational programs that help children succeed in both academic and personal development. The programs include, but not limited to English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, MPM Math, Arts and Computer Science.
We have had over 300 students taking our programs and the company is in rapid growth, we are looking for Arts Teacher certified or experienced teachers to join our team.
Job Overview
We are seeking creative, enthusiastic, and experienced Arts Teachers to teach students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. The teaching scope includes drawing, 2D design, and 3D design. Teachers will help students build artistic skills, creativity, visual communication abilities, and portfolio development skills.

Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging arts lessons
- Teach artistic techniques, design principles, and creative thinking
- Support students in developing portfolios and personal projects
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship
- Create a positive and inspiring classroom environment
- Track students’ progress and communicate with parents when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Arts, or related majors
- At least 2–3 years of teaching experience in Canada or BC Province preferred
- English proficiency is required
- Experience teaching drawing, 2D design, or 3D design
- Portfolio coaching experience is an asset
- AP Art / AP Studio Art teaching experience is highly preferred
- Responsible, patient, creative, and passionate about education
- Able to teach in person at our center (required)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
