Lead a High-Volume Distribution Operation
We're hiring an experienced Distribution Manager to lead a large distribution centre in Mississauga. This role oversees warehouse operations, transportation, fleet management, unionized employees, budgeting, and continuous improvement while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation operations
- Manage supervisors, support staff, and unionized employees
- Oversee budgets, KPIs, and operational performance
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure Health & Safety and regulatory compliance
- Manage fleet, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations
- Support hiring, coaching, and performance management
Qualifications
- 7+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution management experience
- Experience managing large distribution or warehouse operations
- Previous leadership experience in a unionized environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory control
- Experience managing budgets and operational planning
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
