If you:

- Capable of developing relationships with customers and colleagues
- Flexible, reliable, and are able to work within retail store hours (including at least one weekend day)
- Strong attention to detail, commitment, and communication skills.
- A keen eye for beauty and style.
- Confidence and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Perficient Computer knowledge (preferably POS systems)
What you’ll do:
- Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Remember loyal customers’ names, sizes and preferences and maintain friendly relationships
- Team up with Manager to maintain outstanding store condition and ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Committed to loss prevention through exceptional service
Qualifications:
- Experience in the fashion industry
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Previous experience: customer service, retail, fashion, communication
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality
- Availability to work flexible shifts
