Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Part-Time Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth daily functions of our establishment. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and documentation
- Assist with guest services, including providing information about amenities and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- Perform audit (12am-8am) procedures as required to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and reporting as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, hospitality or bookkeeping is preferred but not required
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential
- Experience with multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse guest population
- Familiarity with guest services and hospitality industry standards will be beneficial
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role within a hotel setting is a plus
