Purpose: Deliver high-quality window cleaning services safely and consistently.
Key Responsibilities: Job Execution Arrive on time with proper equipment Follow quality checklist for every property Complete jobs efficiently and safely Customer Interaction Be professional and polite Document any client concerns or damages immediately Reporting Submit job completion reports/photos to Supervisor daily Log hours and any issues Equipment & Safety Inspect tools before each job Follow safety protocols at all times Report damages or supply shortages to Supervisor Backup / Contingency Be familiar with coworker routes to cover absences Know emergency procedures
