En tant que superviseur(e), vous jouez un rôle clé au sein de l’équipe de gestion du magasin et contribuez directement à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle. Vous montrez l’exemple, soutenez le développement des associé(e)s et assurez l’excellence opérationnelle dans les interactions clients, le marchandisage et les standards du magasin.
En collaboration avec le/la gérant(e) et le/la gérant(e) adjoint(e), vous contribuez à la rentabilité du magasin, favorisez une culture inclusive et participez activement à la réussite de l’équipe. A day in the life of a Supervisor at Vans looks a little like this.
As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the store’s leadership team and driving abets-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards. In partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will help maximize store profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to the store’s success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
What do you need to succeed?
We all bring unique skills to work each day. For this role, there are foundational skills needed to succeed, along with 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; but we value hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements most.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Hiring Range:
$16.80 CAD - $25.20 CAD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
