Inside Out Collective is seeking a compassionate, skilled Physiotherapist to provide coverage during an injury leave period. This position is ideal for a practitioner who values a holistic, nervous system-informed approach to care and believes healing extends beyond just the physical body. There is potential for the successful candidate to stay on beyond the leave in a part to full time basis.
Our work integrates physical rehabilitation with consideration of the emotional, cognitive, and nervous system components that influence pain, healing, and performance. We are looking for someone who is grounded, collaborative, and passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for clients.
Qualifications:
- Registered Physiotherapist in Alberta in good standing
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Strong orthopedic and manual therapy skillset
- Values exercise education and prescription as part of their practice
- Interest in nervous system regulation, breathwork, exercise prescription, persistent pain, or holistic approaches to healing
- Experience with Reiki or energy work is considered an asset, but is not required
- Dry Needling & Acupuncture also considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence in building and growing own caseload
- A collaborative mindset, with a genuine interest in connecting with other practitioners both within and outside the clinic to support client base

Pay: $50.00-$85.00 per hour
