The Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and package food accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, kitchen, and workstations.
- Follow food safety and health regulations.
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions.
- Assist with stocking and other assigned duties.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and company policies.
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required.
