We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations to lead and oversee the daily functions of our organization. Responsibilities

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for executive leadership to inform decision-making.
- Cultivate leadership within teams by mentoring managers and developing talent pipelines for future growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in operations management or executive leadership roles within a relevant industry.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives that resulted in measurable efficiencies.
