Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Building Cleaner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients. **Please note that this position will require to work without supervision and on their own after the training period**
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, office kitchen, and other common areas
- Organize and tidy space
- Bringing collected garbage outside to respective garbage bins
- Follow specific instructions on cleaning tasks from clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is a plus but not necessary, training will be provided
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong organizational skills to manage cleaning tasks efficiently
- Time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Hospitality and customer service-oriented approach
- Must have valid Drivers license and be able to commute to and from work locations
- Ability to work on own, once training period has commenced
Additional Details Regarding Position:
- Starting wage is $24 for 3 months, then wage increase after probationary period of 3 months is passed
- Work hours will be in the evenings from approx. 5:30pm -10:30pm Mon-Fri (25 hours per week)
