Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female Taekwondo Instructor or Master to join our martial arts school. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, enjoys working with children and families, and is committed to helping students develop confidence, discipline, and strong martial arts skills.
Responsibilities
- Teach structured Taekwondo classes for children, teens, and adults
- Instruct techniques, forms (poomsae), sparring, and conditioning
- Create a safe, positive, and motivating training environment
- Support students in their progress and preparation for belt testing
- Assist with demonstrations, school events, and tournaments when needed
- Communicate professionally with students and parents
- Help maintain an organized and respectful training environment
Qualifications
- Taekwondo Black Belt required
- 3rd Dan or higher preferred (WT)
- Previous martial arts teaching experience is an asset
- Experience working with children and youth preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
Requirements
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check (required or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR certification (required or willingness to obtain)
Schedule
- Part time/ Full time
- Evening and weekend availability required
