Our primary goal is to preserve and deliver natural food using innovative freeze-drying and precision fermentation technologies to create healthy food products.
Job Duties:
· Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate supply chain, procurement, and logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow and uninterrupted business operations.
· Assess supplier performance, product quality, service levels, delivery reliability, and total supply chain costs.
· Develop and implement purchasing, inventory management, transportation, and supply chain policies and procedures while managing departmental budgets.
· Review, investigate, and resolve supplier claims, delivery issues, and contract compliance matters.
· Coordinate procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities to optimize supply chain performance.
· Incorporate logistical perspectives into developing products specifications, and alternative sourcing strategies.
· Recruit and evaluate procurement, logistics, and supply chain personnel.
Qualifications:
· Language of Work: English
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
· Experience: 5 years or more of relevant managerial work experience is required.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise multiple parties are necessary.
