We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Canada. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest suites, contributing directly to our mission of delivering a 'home-away-from-home' experience.
Job Overview:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms
- Vacuum rooms and corridors
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities in line with company guidelines
- Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
- Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis
- Comply with the Hilton environmental efforts
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Carry out lost property procedures
- Assist other departments wherever necessary
