Job Description
-
Provide onsite and remote administration and support for client networks
-
Work with vendors to resolve client technical issues
- Analyze diagnose and resolve problems with Windows servers, desktops, routers, switches, firewalls and other network equipment

Provide escalation support
-
Implement a variety of IT projects for clients, including deploying or migrating desktops, servers, etc
-
Train and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians
-
Develop and maintain technical documentation
-
On call rotation
-
Maintain up to date time-sheets / expense reports
Qualifications
-
5 + years’ experience working in a Managed IT Services environment
-
5 + years of hands on experience deploying, troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
-
5 +years of hands on experience troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Exchange
-
5 + years of hands on experience deploying, troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems
-
1 – 2 years’ experience with VoIP (certification desired)
-
Diploma in computer Networking
-
MCSA: Windows Server 2012 or MCSA: Windows Server 2008
-
Experience with Office 365 migrations
-
Strong Knowledge of IP Networking
- Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s License
