Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all assigned areas, adhering to safety protocols and company policies
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables to ensure facilities are fully equipped
- Follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and consistently
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Use commercial cleaning techniques to ensure surfaces are sanitized and free of dirt, dust, and debris
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with environmental guidelines
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment operation, and safety procedures is a plus
