Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and copy using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to increase audience engagement.
- Manage social media scheduling and posting using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer (application).
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content discoverability and organic reach.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly to comments and messages.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital marketing channels to boost brand awareness.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to promote products effectively through targeted campaigns.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, tone consistency, and brand alignment before publishing.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management within an e-commerce environment.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research techniques.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.
- Prior experience in managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency is preferred.
