Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members
- Organize and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and customer demands
- Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or related fields preferred
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English and other languages relevant to the customer base
- Experience with product demos, merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling is desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory management
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a retail setting
- Prior experience in upselling techniques is advantageous

Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
