Lawn Maintenance Technician (Part-Time with Full-Time Opportunity)
Premier Property Services Ltd. is a locally owned lawn and snow maintenance company that has proudly served Edmonton since 2013. We specialize in residential property maintenance and have built our reputation on reliability, quality workmanship, and outstanding customer service.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a dependable Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team.
This position will start part-time (2-3days/week), with the opportunity to transition into full-time hours as we continue adding new clients throughout the season. We're looking for someone who wants more than just a summer job—we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a company that's growing year after year.
What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for servicing a weekly route of residential properties throughout Edmonton, including:
- Mowing residential lawns
- Trimming around trees, fences and landscaping
- Blowing grass clippings from sidewalks, driveways and patios
- Completing each property to our quality standards
- Performing basic daily equipment inspections and reporting any issues
You'll be provided with a company vehicle and professional equipment, including commercial mowers, trimmers and backpack blowers.

Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Clean driver's abstract
- Minimum 3 years of continuous Canadian driving history that is insurable
- Reliable transportation to and from our west Edmonton shop
- Ability to lift, walk and perform physical outdoor work throughout the day
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Hours will begin part-time and increase as our client base grows
- Occasional weekend work may be required following extended rain delays
Compensation
- Starting wage: $20/hour (depending on experience)
- Weekly performance bonuses
