Rejuvenate Cosmetic Clinic & Spa is currently seeking an experienced, professional, and motivated Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our team at our Brantford location.
We are a busy, physician-supervised medical spa focused on client safety, advanced aesthetic treatments, exceptional customer care, and natural-looking results. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, positive, and team-oriented environment for both staff and clients.
Full-time and part-time hours are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform aesthetic and laser treatments safely and professionally
- Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans and skincare products
- Maintain accurate and professional client documentation, including before-and-after photographs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up care
- Support clinic growth through professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service
- Follow infection prevention, sanitation, and equipment safety protocols
- Maintain treatment rooms and assist with overall clinic organization
- Stay current with industry trends, technology, and treatment advancements
Qualifications:
- Medical Aesthetician diploma/certification required
- Laser certification required
- Previous experience in a medical spa, cosmetic clinic, or dermatology setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client service skills
- Professional, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Sales and retail skincare experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of skin conditions, contraindications, and treatment planning preferred
