Summary
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Concierge for <PERSON> in <PERSON> to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining the safety and security of our clients and premises, reflecting our company's mission to uphold safety and trust in the community. The position is based in <LOCATION>.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Monitor security systems including CCTV cameras to detect suspicious activity.
- Conduct surveillance operations as required to support investigations.
- Assist with loss prevention initiatives by observing and reporting security breaches.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
- Support the overall safety of the premises through proactive engagement.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience or background in law enforcement, security, or related fields.
- Strong surveillance skills and familiarity with CCTV systems.
- Ability to observe details carefully and act swiftly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during incidents.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid certifications or licenses relevant to security work are preferred.
